Message to clients:
I have been working in the mental health field for almost a decade and specialize in supporting individuals and couples through life transitions, adjusting to parenthood, and coping with anxiety and depression.
I am passionate about helping parents, especially those with young children, manage their stress, self-doubt, “mom guilt,” and burn out, so they can enjoy their family life. It can be challenging to navigate new family dynamics, differences in parenting styles, and fragmented communication, but I’m here to help you find peace and balance.
Sessions with me are very client-centered, meaning that I will follow your lead and tailor our work to what you are needing most. While I am always mindful not to push before you are ready, I also ensure that we are making meaningful progress toward your goals. My aim is to create a safe, comfortable space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, and always feel heard and supported.
Clients often express appreciation for my ability to listen deeply and provide the kind of support that fosters real change. Whether you're seeking to improve communication in your relationship, adjust to the demands of new parenthood, or simply find yourself again amidst life's many demands, I am here to help you navigate these challenges with care and understanding.
