Message to clients:

My passion is helping people recover from traumatic events, improve their moods and self-esteem, and develop lives they love.

I particularly enjoy supporting women through major life transitions, such as marriage, pregnancy, and motherhood. These critical and momentous periods can resurface unhealed wounds, which lead to anxiety, perfectionism, shame, and depression.

Many times I hear from clients that their experience in therapy was just checking in about their week, and it left them feeling like they weren't making a lot of progress.

My approach is to help you identify your needs, apply research-backed treatments, and make sure to regularly assess whether we are on track and that you're meeting your goals.

Adding another appointment to your schedule might sound overwhelming; however, my clients often tell me how much they get out of having one hour a week dedicated completely to them.

If you feel like any of this applies to you, I do hope you reach out – I would love to work with you.
