Are you a parent worried about your teen? Are you concerned about their behavior, academics, or general mood?

Maybe they’re having panic attacks, snapping at others, or isolating in their bedroom. They might be losing or gaining weight, or maybe their school or doctor has expressed concern.

You want them to be the happy person you once knew, but you’re at a loss for what to do. Maybe they’re not opening up to you, or maybe they are and you know a therapist can help.

Whether your teen is experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, or an eating disorder, we can help. Our therapists have extensive training and expertise in adolescent mental health.

We help by:

  • Completing a thorough assessment with both the teen and parent(s)

  • Identifying meaningful goals

  • Teaching communication, relaxation, mindfulness, and other coping skills

  • Increasing social supports

  • Supporting parent(s) and other family members

  • Offering a variety of effective and engaging interventions, including expressive and creative therapies

We regularly get feedback from parents that their children enjoy their sessions and show marked improvement in mood and behavior. Many of our child referrals come from word of mouth. If you’d like to work with us, please schedule an intake appointment by clicking below:
