Message to clients:
I am a United States Veteran who served in the Rhode Island Army National Guard, including deployments overseas. My experiences have played a significant role in shaping my commitment to mental health and the well-being of individuals from all walks of life.
Although I have extensive experience working with veterans and their families, I am passionate about supporting individuals across various populations, including adults and couples. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, stress, burnout, and life transitions and improving communication and interpersonal skills, self-esteem, and executive functioning (e.g., time management and organization).
I believe in the power of trust, collaboration, and client-centered care. I am committed to helping you achieve your goals by honoring your unique experiences and fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment. Your self-determination is at the core of our work together, and I am here to support you on your journey toward growth and healing.
