Message to clients:
Do you find yourself experiencing unmanageable anxiety or low self-esteem? Are you struggling with your identity or facing relationship difficulties? If you have experienced trauma, you may be looking to find coping strategies. I would love to assist you on your journey of self-reflection while helping you obtain problem solving skills that you can apply to the various stages of your life.
I utilize a non-judgmental collaborative approach with clients that focuses on their goals and needs. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic strategies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Behavior Therapy (BT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Clients have also found value when I apply a cognitive somatic approach such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which utilizes tapping on body parts to help align the body's energy system and desensitize triggers.
My clients describe me as kind, non-judgmental, as well as committed to their health and well-being. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and the elderly.
I am currently accepting telehealth clients and would love to be a part of your journey to self-improvement.
