Couples Therapy
Even the strongest relationships need some TLC sometimes. Our couples therapists are trained in the Gottman Method and here to help you create the relationship you wish for.
Together, we will work to restore the closeness and trust in your relationship and help you create new ways of communicating that don’t lead to fighting.
EMDR
This dynamic and effective therapy can help you heal from past trauma, improve your sleep, feel more in control of your mind and body, and ease your anxiety.
Many of our clients have reported a decrease or complete recovery from panic attacks, nightmares, and intrusive thoughts within 12 sessions of EMDR.
Parenthood
There is truly nothing like becoming a parent. The most poignant and incredible life transition a person can go through also tends to resurface old wounds.
We work with parents to restore a sense of connection, autonomy, and personal satisfaction that often gets lost in “the fourth trimester” (and beyond). Together, we will move beyond perfectionism and exhaustion to self-confidence and joy.
